Executive Leadership Team
Forge is not a standalone school. We are a ministry and educational branch of Grace Church of Arvada, led by Pastor Rick Long (CEO and President) and Pastor Jason Stocker (Vice President). We share the same mission, the same values, and the same leadership as the church that founded us.
That shapes how we lead. Grace has always been led by teams rather than by one person carrying a ministry alone. We believe we are wiser and the work is more sustainable when it's shared, and we believe it strengthens both the ministry and the people leading it. As Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, plans succeed when there are many wise advisers. Forge has been moving toward that model in steps since we launched in 2023.
Brittany Barnhill is the Chief Operating Officer overseeing Forge, and is a part of the Executive Leadership Team of Grace and Forge. Under her direction is the Forge Senior Leadership Team:

Together, these three lead the daily life of the school as a team of equals, each carrying a distinct area and sharing responsibility for the whole, and they work together with Grace Senior Leadership Team. Forge and Grace are one organization with one mission, which means your students are cared for from every angle, academically, operationally, and spiritually.
