Continuous Enrollment

What is Continuous Enrollment?
A seamless enrollment model where families are automatically re-enrolled each year and parents/guardians are no longer required to complete annual re-enrollment paperwork. If you decide you do not want to return the next school year, simply notify the Enrollment Office prior to the opt-out date.

Why Continuous Enrollment?
Continuous Enrollment guarantees your student’s spot at Forge until they graduate. As enrollment increases, you can rest assured that your student will always have a place at Forge. An added benefit of Continuous Enrollment is keeping your student(s) enrolled without having to complete a re-enrollment packet year after year.

Annual Commitment Fee

What is an Annual Commitment Fee?
The Annual Commitment fee secures your student’s spot for the upcoming school year. This fee will be charged every year on February 1st. For example, the Annual Commitment Fee charged on February 1st, 2025, will secure your student’s spot for the 2025-2026 school year.

How Much is the Annual Commitment Fee?

  • Hybrid/Online & CTE Programs | $100
  • Homeschool Program | $600

Opting Out

Why is there an Opt-Out Deadline?
This date is very important, as it’s the time our administration will begin making key decisions for the following school year based on anticipated enrollment such as annual budgets, staffing needs, curriculum, supplies, facility improvements, etc.

When is the Opt-Out Deadline?
The Opt-Out Deadline is January 15th of every year. For example, for the 2025-2026 school year, the Opt-Out Deadline is January 15th, 2025. If you do not opt-out by January 15th, you will be charged the Annual Commitment Fee on February 1st, which is non-refundable.

How Do I Opt-Out?
If your student(s) is not planning to return to Forge, contact the Enrollment Office via phone or email to complete a Continuous Enrollment Opt-Out Form, which will disenroll your student(s) from Forge and release you from the Continuous Enrollment contract for the following school
year. A completed Opt-Out Form must be submitted no later than January 15th.

What if I Opt-Out then Later Decide to Enroll?
By opting out, you are disenrolling your student(s) for the following school year. Therefore, if you opt-out and later decide you would like to return, you will need to re-enroll following the process of admissions required for a new student. This means you will need to complete a new
Enrollment Contract and pay the New Student Enrollment Fee. Opting out releases your student’s spot at Forge, so future enrollment will be dependent upon classroom availability.

What if I Do Not Opt-Out and Choose Not to Return?
Families who do not complete the Opt-Out Form by January 15th will have their Annual Commitment Fee debited on February 1st. Withdrawals that take place after the Opt-Out Deadline has passed will forfeit their Annual Commitment Fee, as it is non-refundable.

When will Future Tuition & Fee Schedules be Available?
Tuition & Fee Schedules will be posted in FACTS by December 1st for the following school year.

What are Forge’s Payment Plan Options?
Forge currently has the following tuition payment plans available:

Pay-In-Full Plan
3% Discount on Tuition | Must be Paid in Full by June 1st

10-Month Plan
Tuition Split into 10 Payments | Billed August to May

12-Month Plan
Tuition Split into 12 Payments | Billed June to May

Do I Need to Select a New Payment Plan each Year?
No, with Continuous Enrollment everything will carry over from year to year until your student(s) graduate, so you will not have to do anything unless you would like to make changes. If you would like to change your payment plan, simply email our Enrollment or Accounting Team prior to May 1st for the following school year (starting with May 1st, 2025, for the 2025-2026 school year) and we will be happy to update it for you.

How do I Enroll a Sibling?
To complete a sibling application, login to your FACTS Family Portal, click Apply/Enroll on the left-hand side, then click Application (New Student).

Important Dates for the 2024-25 Academic Year:
December 1, 2024

Tuition Fee Schedule for the 2025-26 academic year will be released.

January 15, 2025
Opt-Out Deadline.
If your student is not planning to return, contact the Enrollment Office to complete the Continuous Enrollment Opt-Out Form.

February 1, 2025
The Annual Commitment Fee will be debited from your account. This will secure your student’s spot for the upcoming academic school year.

February 1, 2025
Enrollment will open to new families.
