Faith Transcript Requests

Class of 2023 Transcript Details

Faith Christian High School Final Transcript:
Indicate in SCOIR school in which you're enrolling, this triggers a
final transcript request. Final transcripts are ready and have been
sent for all students who had completed their info in Scoir by June 6.

CCU Final Transcript:
Students will need to request final transcripts from CCU to the
institution in which they are enrolling. Steps for unofficial and
official transcripts are located on the CCU website.

If you graduated prior to 2021 and need transcripts, please visit the Parchment website - it will be the most efficient way to request them and receive them.
