Senior Pictures

2025 Graduates

It's time to get your Senior Pictures taken for the yearbook!
All pictures are due by Thursday, October 31, 2024.

Seniors get three photos in the yearbook, each with their own regulations. In order to ensure your pictures are included, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Clothing worn must be within the Forge Dress Code
  • Please see the Student Handbook for specific details
• Pictures must be high-resolution digital files
  • Resolution must be a 5" x 7" at 300+ dpi or 4+ mega pixels
  • No printed pictures will be accepted
• Picture 1 | Senior Picture
  • Must be vertical, portrait-style picture
  • Upper body or headshots only
    • No full body shots will be accepted
  • No props allowed
• Picture 2 | Candid
  • Props are allowed (e.g. a basketball, an instrument, etc.)
• Picture 3 | Baby/Pre-2nd Grade
  • A lower resolution may be accepted at the discretion of the yearbook staff

Unlike other high schools, Forge has the room to print large pictures, which necessitates the need for high-quality photos. Oftentimes, photographers will send thumbnails or low-quality photos to view, which will not print well in the yearbook. Ensure your photographer is aware that all photos need to be large-format, high-quality pictures that meet the posing and orientation requirements listed above. They are welcome to send pictures directly to the yearbook staff on your behalf - photos must be labeled with their last name and be uploaded to Jostens, using the following link: Jostens Yearbook Photo Site

If you choose not to use a professional photographer and/or take the picture(s) yourself, use a high-resolution setting on your camera. Otherwise, there may be distortion in your senior picture that cannot be corrected. Please reference the resolution requirements listed above.

The yearbook staff reserves the right to edit, adjust, crop, or decline photos that do not meet the specifications listed above or quality needed. Additionally, the yearbook staff may request a different pose or photo if they feel it is necessary.

Seniors who do not meet the deadlines or specifications listed above may be asked to take a replacement photo with the yearbook staff. Please get your photos in as soon as possible so changes can be made if needed.
